Welcome. I'm Jeff Keathley, a freelance graphic artist from Pikeville, Kentucky. My past employers include the Appalachian News-Express, the Williamson Daily News, the Salyersville Independent, and the Liberal Times. My experience includes ad creation, newspaper page layout, photography editing and maintaining the company websites.
